Mr. Amit is Mining Engineering Graduate of 1994 entry batch of BIT Sindri. He subsequently completed his M. Tech from IIT in 2001, Delhi and MBA from IIM, Kozhikode in 2004.

Mr. Amit hold expertise in oracle EBS and Fusion cloud consulting, implementation, upgrade and roll out across Oracle SCM, Financial and CRM, BIApps products. He has been in client facing roles in over 20 countries in EMEA and APAC regions. He is a subject matter expert for wide range of SCM products.

Amit hold a Masters degree in Music as well and he is an internationally acclaimed Tabla player. He has accompanied renowned artists in several music festivals and has won several national awards. Prior to this assignment, he was working as Project Engineer, Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited, Govt. of Bihar in  construction, supervision and monitoring of bridges and has been involved in construction of more than 50 bridges including Flyovers, Mega bridges, Rail Over Bridges (ROB), Major bridges and minor bridges. Professor Subodha is a Information technology graduate from BIT Sindri 1990 entry batch. Subsequently he completed his M.Tech ( IIT Kanpur, 1997), MBA (2000) and Ph.D. (2001) from the university of Texas at Dallas USA. He joined the faculty of Mays Business school in 2009. Before that he was faculty at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington. He is also a visiting professor at Indian school of business, Hyderabad.

His research and teaching interests include healthcare analytics, social media analytics, web analytics, supply chain analytics, cybersecurity, software management, data quality and data mining and sequencing and scheduling. Mr. Kamendra Kishore Verma is Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering graduate of 1979 entry batch from BIT Sindri. Subsequently he completed his M. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He worked for more than twenty years at senior management level in Indian Air Force (IAF) and has been awarded Chief of Air Commendation (CAS) by Indian Air Force in 2001 for his exemplary work.

He has presented on the topic of ‘Unlearning’ at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Delhi Management Association, Indian Institute of Finance (IIF), Noida and other National and International Conferences including one at IIT and JNU, New Delhi. His research papers have been published in various publications. He has been given Excellence Award 2012 for the contribution in the field of learning by Knowledge Resource Development & Welfare Group (KRDWG), New Delhi. He founded Innovative Institute of Unlearning in the year 2005 which received Margdarshan Award from KRDWG in 2013.

He has more than 30 years of experience in Fertilizers & Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Power sector. He has worked in PDIL, Bureau Veritas, LANCO, L&T-MHPS Boilers. Apart from the Quality Management he was also responsible for Safety at M/s Lanco and L&T MHPS Boilers.

His main interests are in the materials, welding technology and NDT. He is also the Management Representative and responsible for establishing and maintaining the Quality certifications such as ISO, OSHAS, ASME, PED etc.
